Early Bird Rates ($738 without CEs and $788 with CEs) ends at midnight CST on Jan. 15, 2018. Regular registration rates move to $843 without CEs and $893 with CEs.  All ticket prices shown in USD and include Canada’s mandatory 5% Goods and Services Tax.
